Carl has over 14 years of experience in RCRA and CERCLA hazardous waste management. His training includes HAZWOPER 40-hr certification, emergency spill response, and confined space entry. He has served as project manager for numerous waste cleanups, underground storage tank and remediation projects that include Refinery cleanups, work for the Bureau of Homeland Security, and U.S. Military Installations. He has also served as project manager for the development of several customer OSHA Health and Safety Plans and currently serves on customers’ Health and Safety boards. Management responsibilities include planning, budgeting, technical oversight, staff oversight, and assuring the overall success and quality of work performed.

Pebbles Clark is the Environmental Engineer and Manager for Environmental Management Solutions, Inc. She has a degree in Environmental Engineering from Montana Tech, Butte, MT. Her job responsibilities include manifesting and profiling paperwork for waste shipments, research and report preparation, documentation of field and project activities, field-testing, and managing company payables. Other experience includes working on Superfund cleanup projects, performing indoor air monitoring, managing RCRA waste, managing indirect discharge permits, and completing Federal and State waste reporting forms.
